We are glad to offer climbing trips to Mount SiGuNiang in 2007. Having successfully summitted the 3rd Sister peak, or SanFeng, at 5355m, we look forward to bring climbing trips to outdoors folks. Our itinerary includes 1st, 2nd and 3rd Sister peaks. DaFeng (1st peak) is non-technical and it is achievable by most people as long as you are resonably healthy and fit. ErFeng (2nd peak) and SanFeng (3rd peak) are slightly more challenging as they involve basic climbing equipment such as crampons and ice-axe. Let us fulfil your dreams of climbing 3 out of the 4 Sisters peaks of Mount SiGuNiang! Grading: 2-3 |

Standing at 7546m, Muztagh Ata is the 2nd highest peak in the KunLun mountain ranges that separates Xinjiang and northern Tibet. It is well-known to the locals as the “Father of Ice Mountains” and is the 43rd highest peak in the world. Muztagh Ata is nestled near the Karakorum highway, at the borders of the Pamir highlands in Pakistan & Xinjiang, approximately 200km from Kashgar city. To the northeast of Muztagh Ata lies the famous Tarim Basin and the great Taklamakan Desert of Central Asia. This mountain is suitable “next step” for those who wish to tackle a 7000+m, after having previous experience with high-altitude climbing. Altitude gain from the base camp to the summit is about 3100m, with 3 main campsites en-route to the summit. The best seasons are from June to August when there is a longer window of clear skies and good weather. ** You are required to have previous experience on high-altitude >5000m, with snow/ice-walking skills. Date: Jul-Aug2008 . Please contact us for details! Grading: 5 |
