This is our new customised itinerary in Indonesia, blending a good mix of trekking, volcano climbing, and turtle watching. We specially created the above program for our clients through careful planning and logistics support so that we will maximise your comfort in terms of accommodation choices and execution of the itinerary. We have been through it, tried, tested and recreate the trip the way we want it. ITINERARY OVERVIEW
Note: we customise to just 5D4N Semuru trek/climb for those who have limited days.

Day01: Arrive Surabaya / Malang (D)
Welcome and pickup from airport for your transfer to Malang (drive 2.5hrs). (hotel)

Day02: Malang / Mount Bromo (BLD)
Wake up at about 2am and drive to Mount Bromo (about 2.5hrs). watch spectacular sunrise from Pananakan view point. After sunrise, back to hotel for early lunch. In the afternoon, rest and relax in hotel. (hotel)

Day03: Mount Bromo / Ranupane / Kalimati (BLD)
Depart at 7am from Mount Bromo and drive to Ranupane village (about 1hr). Start trekking from Ranupane to Kalimati (est. 6-7hrs). (tents)

Day04: Kalimati / Summit of Mount Semuru (3676m) / Ranu Kumbolo lake (BLD)
Wake up at 5am and start climbing of Mount Semuru from Kalimati campsite (est. 4-5hrs). descend back to Kalimati (est. 2hrs) for lunch. After lunch, trek to Ranu Kumbolo lake campsite (est. 2-3hrs). (camping tents)

Day05: Ranu Kumnolo lake / Ranupane / Kalibaru (BLD)
Continue trekking from Ranu Kumbolo lake back to Ranupane (est. 3-4hrs). Drive to Kalibaru (est. 6hrs). (hotel)

Day06: Kalibaru / Sukamade (BLD)
Drive (est. 30min) to visit coffee/rubber/cocoa factory. Continue driving (est.4hrs) to Sukamade turtle conservation park. Visit the hatchery. After dinner, walk about 700m to the seaside for turtle watching (laying eggs). (guesthouse)

Day07: Sukamade / Sempol (BLD)
Drive to Sempol (est. 7hrs) (cottage hotel)

Day08: Sempol / Ijen / Malang (BL)
Wake up at 5am and drive to start point of Ijen crater (est. 45min). from the park entrance, hike uphill to the rim of the crater (est. 2-3hrs) to see sulphur mining and get up-close to the sulphur smoke. Hike down to the park entrance for your long drive back to Malang (est. 8hrs). (hotel)

Day09: Malang / Surabaya
Transfer to Surabaya for your departure
