One of our new itineraries, bringing you to the scenic sights of WuLong limestone karsts, FuRong cave, and ShuNan ZhuHai in YiBin.
WuLong is a county to the east of the Municipal city of ChongQing, about 2hrs way. The WuLong Karst is part of the South China UNESCO World Heritage Site.
WuLong Three Natural Bridges (天生三桥）, it is the outdoor scene where the movie ＂Curse of the Golden Flower” （满城尽带黄金甲）was made filmed, while in ShuNan ZhuHai sets some of the scenes for ＂Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon＂ (卧虎藏龙）
Itinerary overview:
Day01 – Arrive ChengDu
Day02 – ChengDu / ChongQing / WuLong (via train)
Day03 – WuLong / TianSheng SanQiao (three natural bridges) / WuLong (drive 18km 1-way)
Day04 – WuLong / FuRong cave (drive 20km 1-way) / ChongQing / YiBin / ShuNan ZhuHai (bamboo forest)
Day05 – ShuNanZhuHai (2-3hr hiking). Free & easy in the afternoon ( guesthouse or tranquil home-stay by the lake)
Day06 – ShuNan ZhuHai / NeiJiang / ChengDu (2hr hike)
Day07 – Depart ChengDu
