Find a different side of Hong Kong in this trek!The MacLehose trail is a 100km hiking trail that traverses much of the New Territories to Tuen Mun. Named after the longest serving governor of Hong Kong who was also an avid hiker, the trail is divided into 10 stages according to their difficulty levels. ITINERARY OVERVIEW
This is a customised trek. Email us for a customised itinerary.  we can arrange to do the entire 10-stage 100km trek for interested groups.

However, we do run the following program several time a year:

Day01 – arrive Hong Kong.  group to meet at our designated 3/4-star hotels in downtown Tsim Sha Tsui/Kowloon

Day02 – transfer to Sai Kung in New Territories.  the start point of the trek is at stage 1 at Pat Tam Chung.  the destination for today is Sai Wan village. camp by the beach near a cafe (trek distance: 13.5km, est. 6hrs)

Day03 – continue your trek along stage 2, through to Tai Long Wan, with an optional detour to summit Sharp Peak (470m) for the strong & experienced trekkers.  end of trek alongside the service road (trek distance: 10km, est. 4hrs) for those going to Sharp Peak, addition 3hrs.  return back to Kowloon area. (3/4-star hotel)

Day04 – take a ferry to nearby island in the morining, Lamma or Cheng Chau.  free & easy in the afternoon.  at night, go for a hike up to Victoria Peak via a trail to see the beautiful night scenery overlooking Hong Kong island.

Day05 – depart Hong Kong.
