Overland Journey (Available in CHINA: Tibet, SiChuan, YunNan, XinJiang / KAZAKHSTAN) – Well-paced and thoughtfully designed, we incorporate short treks, picnics, village visits and camping to make your SHANGRILA ADVENTURE Overland Journey a memorable one.
Trekking Adventure (Available in CHINA: SiChuan, YunNan / INDONESIA: Java) – Immerse yourself in nature by walking in it. SHANGRILA ADVENTURE treks are scenic and invigorating. Our professional team of local guide, cook, porters and horses is there to ensure that you are well taken care of. There are easy and difficult treks, depending on what you are looking for. We offer guided treks in western China.
Cycling Trips (Available in CHINA: Tibet, YunNan, QingHai / NEPAL / LAOS) – Fully supported by logistic vehicles. A SHANGRILA ADVENTURE cycling trip allows you to experience the thrill and freedom of cycling through vast and remote regions, without you having to worry about bicycle maintenance, meals, accommodation and any unexpected circumstances. We will take care of those. In short, we want you to have a real cycling holiday!
Climbing Expeditions (Available in CHINA: YunNan, SiChuan) – A chance to experience the mountaineering process, you will: trek to base camp and advance base camp, set up tents, walk on crampons, use the ice axe and push for summit! SHANGRILA ADVENTURE climbing trips are planned with the novice-intermediate climber in mind. Overall safety is our priority. Each climber is attached to an individual guide and you will be assured of good service at base camp.

“I would not have climbed and summited Da Gu Niang and Er Gu Niang in September 2007 if it's not Alvin who led the team. He was passionate in mountain trekking but the most important thing is how he took care of the whole team during the climb. He encouraged us whenever we felt like giving up. He loves China so much that he almost knows everything (weather, people, food) and what to be prepared for the team before the climb. It's a pleasant and memorable trip. I am waiting for my next climb with Alvin!”
